Without Vision, People Perish

Alignment occurs when 1 or more people commit to fulfilling a vision, providing participants the opportunity to evaluate progress, agree or disagree on methods, and co-create strategies to support the fulfillment of a vision. Alignment fosters partnerships.

Name That Tune

In my meditation, I'm noticing and letting go of those internal recordings propelling me towards self-doubt, anxiety or frustration. Not all self -critiquing is negative, but for the most part, the critiquing weakens the structure, leaving us exhausted, depressed or feeling powerless to change.

Pruning The Vine

Pruning bushes removes diseased branches, permits new growth and better air circulation, reduces the height of bushes, etc. There's a technique to pruning to support the tree/bush to heal. In the art of pruning, less is more.

The Long and Winding Road

Each formula works well for a little while, but inherent in the formula is built-in obsolescence. Neither path is sustainable, although we try very hard to keep both formulas going. We don't know any other way. And so the cycle continues.
