There's a difference between resting to rejuvenate ourselves and becoming stuck. The latter state perpetuates a variety of negative mental states, including stress. The longer we remain stuck, the deeper the rut we create. The deeper the rut, the more difficult it is to get out.
Getting off your duff requires the assistance of others. The challenge for many of us stuck in a rut is making that initial request for help. But action relieves depression!
If you feel stuck in a relationship or career why not use this week to establish your two networks of support. Network A consists of those folks who love you unconditionally, who will provide the nurturing you need to get moving. Network B are the experts in the field whose insights, business coaching or experience will help you take effective action. We rely on both networks to serve as reminders that we're not alone.
