Emotional Intelligence is built on the skill and confidence to work with our four aspects, mind, body, spirit and emotions, fostering the integration of these aspects. As Daniel Goleman asserts, "Leaders need an inner focus to be aware of their own feelings, values and intuitions, and to manage themselves well. A focus on others allows leaders to read others well, which is key to managing relationships - the art of leading itself.”
How do we build this awareness? In this experiential class, comprised of guided meditation and journaling, lead by Rhona Post, participants become better acquainted with the power of mindfulness, and their relationship to their own four aspects, learning how to work with themselves to promote wholeness and integrity (privately and publicly).
