Coaching, Training and Energy Work
The Three Legged Stool of Healer Coaching
Healer Coaching - a multidisciplinary approach to mindful leadership.
How Does Healer Coaching Work?
What distinguishes healer coaching from other coaching methods is we guide individuals and teams to lead from the inside out, relying on the integration of wisdom your mind, body, spirit and emotions provide. Using experiential coaching tools you get immediate feedback on how your thoughts trigger recurring emotional patterns from anxiety to anger, from depression to joy. As you become better attuned to your triggers, both positive and negative, we provide hands- on coaching so you can more easily reframe situations to create the positive outcomes you seek.
Each coaching program is customized to fit your schedule. We meet in person, by phone or video conference. Short term and long term coaching programs are available.
The stronger your commitment to change, the better the outcomes!
Programs include healer coaching sessions mixed with self-paced home study. Since some personal habits are deeply entrenched, we provide a variety of whole body tools to loosen their "hold" including mindfulness meditation, energy healing protocols and experiential coaching practices.
Why Now? Why Healer Coaching?
Healing is the activity. Wholeness is the result.
Life is precious. We know this intuitively but we don't live as if each moment might be our last. What stops us from living fully in ourselves, being kinder to ourselves and others? Our habituated patterns get in our way.
Healer Coaching is a unique method I've developed over 30 years to access and embrace the wisdom working with the body provides. Your happiness is in your hands!
You can purchase individual concierge coaching sessions so you control when you need the additional coaching support. Or we can work together to create a customized short or long term coaching program to meet your desired outcomes.
How Does Healer Coaching Benefit An Organization?
An organization is only as strong as the weakest link.
Business is all about relationships--personal, and inter-personal. Improved relationships improve results!
Training and Healer Coaching go hand in hand. By combining training sessions in the areas of conflict management, team-building, mindfulness, with individual or group coaching labs, clients can easily integrate the skills they learn in training classes to their worksites. World class athletes practice regularly before they head to the "official game". Healer Coaching clients practice in lab settings with colleagues and peers so when they tackle challenging projects or situations, the coaching skills they've practiced are second nature.
We also offer Business Roundtables to help coaching clients frame and reframe personnel issues to business opportunities. You capitalize on the strengths of your staff, not their weak points.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit. Aristotle
