Rhona Post, author, radio personality, an International Coach Federation (ICF) master certified coach since 1999, has traversed the landscape of professional coaching, with certifications and continued study in ontological and somatic coaching and most recently, Core Individuation, the use of energetic healing to guide clients to wholeness: mind, body, spirit and emotions. 

More than 30 years ago, Ms. Post began studying personal/leadership development with such luminaries as Werner Erhard, John Hanley, James Flaherty and Julio Ollaha. She advanced her national practice by working with diverse groups of leaders, managers and employees, both in the private and public sectors.  Most recently, Ms. Post established a Management coaching program at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. She helped managers and employees better understand how their body language impacted communication. As a result, coaching clients learned to lead with their head and heart resulting in improved customer relations, and workplace morale. Using coaching and organizational effectiveness tools, she has been successful turning negative work environments into positive ones.

Ms. Post has designed a “healer’s model” incorporating mindfulness practices with coaching and energy healing. She maintains an international healer coaching practice based in Sarasota, Florida. Her approach supports clients to get underneath emotionally driven narratives to transform their experience of an event. Whether she is conducting seminars or working with individuals, her promise to clients, "You will be more at peace with yourself, and more at ease with the world than you have ever been before.”
